Canadian Defence Lawyers $5000 Essay Contest
The Board of Directors of the Canadian Defence Lawyers Foundation has announced the inauguration of its annual Canadian Law Student Essay Prize.
Students are invited to write a paper on the topic, as follows: A paper relevant to the multi-faceted interaction between insurance coverage and tort claims, which should include a discussion of issues arising in Insurance Law, Tort Law and/or Civil Procedure of a Province or the Federal Court as it pertains to Tort or Insurance Litigation.
Deadline to submit an entry is 2:00 on February 29, 2016.
